Reformed Theological Seminary
Available through itunes, RTS provides seminary level education across a broad catagory.  You can take entire courses in New Testament studies, Old Testament studies, Church History, and much much more!

Gordon Conwell: Dimensions of the Faith
Gordon Conwell offers a number of free courses, including a great course on how to read and interpret scripture.  Sign up is free.

Covenant Theological Seminary: Worldwide Classroom
Over 20 free courses, including courses on Calvin's Institutes and Francis Schaffer.
