A Beaver County native, I graduated from Hopewell High in 1980.  I am the daughter of a steel mill worker and grew up in Raccoon Township. This picture taken by my daughter on the grounds of my childhood church, Service United Presbyterian in Raccoon Township… a place still very precious to me today. 

It was at a very young age that I knew God was claiming my life for His service and my life has been a journey of exploring  that calling.  Beginning as young as 12 and continuing through the years, I served in a multitude of volunteer capacities in the church including directing and teaching programs for youth of all ages.   I discovered that I love to apply artistic creativity and advancing technologies to develop exciting learning environments and experiences. 

Working in the church professionally since 1990, my passion for ministry eventually lead me to participate in a unique program focused on children, youth and family ministries at Lancaster Bible College Graduate School.  I graduated from LBC in May 2003 and currently I’m working toward a degree in Biblical Studies through Moody Bible Institute.  I firmly believe that faith is a lifelong journey and I find great excitement in exploring God’s Word myself and sharing that exploration with others!  For me academic pursuits are about equipping myself to serve with the very best I can offer.
